I LOVE this family. I think I say that every time I post about them…which has been a lot in the last few years. It is so true though. It was so great to do family portraits with all four of them! Ashlyn is a great addition to the family. =)

Silas’ 4 Year Session
This is one of the strongest, coolest, little boys I know. He has been through so much but he still loves life and smiles like crazy.
I remember his first sessions where we noticed he liked the color green and leaves and just being outside. Now he can take a few steps, he was learning new words as we were shooting. He is seriously amazing. As is his mom, Lacey. She has been a great Mom and she celebrates every little thing he does.

Teegan
Since I posted Melissa and Ritchie’s Maternity session yesterday, I thought I should post Teegan’s newborn photos. (Notice a theme? This has happened three times in the last month… lol Catching up! I’m close for the first time in two years!)
I swear, Teegan is a little doll! We did a session a couple of weeks ago and he’s the perfect little baby! I love him. Granted, we have the bink in a lot of the photos… but still. You’ve got to do what you’ve got to do!
Francis, Willa, & Faith
Francis, Willa & Faith had just moved from the South Bay to Brentwood, and in looking for a photographer, inadvertently booked with a photography from Southern California, Brentwood. Willa contacted me after learning her mistake and I am so happy. They are great people and I hope they are adjusting to life in Brentwood well!
Faith took a little while to warm up, but once she did she had the best smile.

Brianna’s Maternity Session
I love when my clients move away and still schedule sessions with me when they come back to visit. Brianna lives in Texas, and when she went home to visit for a few weeks, she told me she had to get her photos done by me. It is a huge compliment when someone likes my work and me enough to not want to work with anyone else, despite distance.
Dallas, her son, had so much energy, and she was so worried she wouldn’t get any “good” photos with him. But as long as he got to move around, he didn’t mind being in front of the camera at all.
Ashley & Chris
I am so thankful to have such great clients and friends. I was sick as a dog the day of this session and I was supposed to go out to meet Ashley & Chris in Elk Grove. Ashley couldn’t reschedule so she graciously offered to come out to me in Brentwood. I am so thankful for that to this day.
I love how much fun I have with them. Every time. Their wedding day? Pouring. Did it matter? Not at all.
Alyssa
This is Alyssa, if you read all my blogs, you’ve already seen her in the Christmas sessions. She’s a little bit smaller here…. like a few months smaller.
We did a few photos for Kaylee’s birthday too. She wanted them outside. So, she took me on an adventure and picked the place. =)
I can tell these two are going to be great friends!
