Back to the fall family theme. =) Kaleb always takes great pictures, and I loved working with his parents in front of the camera rather than just sharing the space behind with them. With Kaleb’s beautiful eyes, I can’t wait to watch him grow up and I love that I may have the privilege to do so!
This, is Kaleb’s awesome uncle, Daniel.
These people make up one of my favorite families! They are some of the kindest most generous people I’ve ever met and they are SO nice to me. =) We always have a lot of fun and Sonya and Dan’s positive attitude makes me feel like a better person for knowing them. Everyone should know a couple like them.
Gina was full of ideas before the shoot, we talked so much that it made the shoot a cinch because we knew a lot of what we wanted and it was easy to come up with variations on poses that she loved. We have done two mini sessions since then. She is working on getting photos of every season.
Ryan is awesome, he never complains no matter how inarticulate we are…which happens often, the words “like this” are our favorite, but we always know what we are talking about.
The first photos are from their session before Christmas, then we have Valentine’s Day, and Spring. =)
Oh-my-goodness did I have fun on this shoot. The boys were hilarious. I heard all sorts of stories about the stuff they were into, and we were coming up with fake tv shows and they were cracking up the whole time. Their parents were just as fun. We just laughed and laughed and laughed the whole time.
This was one of the very first shots. You can see how much fun we had!
I warned you about family portraits. They are in abundance right now, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I LOVE working with families. It’s so much fun to watch the interactions. For instance, these siblings, LOVE each other.

I love the Deacon’s! I can’t wait to meet the newest edition. She is due next month, I believe. I am glad I got to capture some awesome pictures with this family with just Connor, he will cherish these pictures later, no matter how much he will love his sister!
How aboslutely precious is this smile?
We did this session at the end of the day. Tenley had just fallen asleep in the car, she was not happy to be up. It also got really COLD. It was a beautiful day, but it turned cold and windy in an instant. We still had fun, I always have fun on my shoots, and we still got great photos. I was so happy to capture some memories for this little family.
I think this was my favorite. Her expression is so great.
